DISABILITY AWARENESS AND INFORMATION

MTIB can provide disability awareness training and information for employers we work with. There are often simple solutions and adaptations which can be made to a work place which makes it accessible – at very little or no cost! Where things are not so easy to solve there are schemes like Access to Work (AtW) which is a government scheme designed to ‘level the playing field’ by funding aids and adaptations which are over and above reasonable adjustments. By working with MTIB we can assist you and your employee to apply for funding if appropriate.
