HELPING YOU RECRUIT

HELPING YOU RECRUIT

Are you an employer who wants to recruit a diverse work force? MTIB can assist you to get the right person for the job.

Our Employer Engagement Officer will visit you to find out your requirements, details about the job such as hours, duties and the type of person you are looking for. We will then check to see if we have any suitable candidates within our current cohorts and put any potential candidates forward for interview. We will accompany the candidates and guide them and you through the process. The more we know about the job and what you expect from your staff, the better we can job match this with our customers and put the best matches forward.

We may suggest a work trial or placement for some of our candidates so that they can show you what they can do. This will be agreed with both parties and we expect you to treat the individual as an employee during this period and conduct an induction and any new staff training which is required. If we know what is required in the role we may be able to complete some training before they start with you.

If you need assistance with Contracts of Employment, Risk Assessments or policies and procedures, we may also be able to help.

Employing a disadvantaged, disabled or someone with a work limiting health condition doesn’t mean that they will not make a great contribution to your business. By matching people to what they can do we not only help them to return to work but also offer you, the employer, a motivated and dedicated work force which can benefit you in terms of reduced absenteeism and increased morale amongst staff.

Please contact our Employer Engagement Officers for more information and an informal chat about what we do and how we can assist you.
